We Love Koh Tao connects riders with independent local drivers and boat operators on Koh Tao, and lists local businesses and services. We provide the technology that connects you; the transport itself is provided by the independent driver or operator.
Fares are shown before you confirm a ride. You can pay in cash to the driver or, where available, by card through our payment provider. Prices may vary with distance, vehicle type, and demand. A small booking commission may apply on agency-booked rides.
You may cancel a ride before or during matching. Repeated late cancellations may affect your ability to book.
Drivers and boat operators are independent and must be approved before going online. They are responsible for their vehicle, licensing, insurance, and safe operation as required by local law.
Always check the vehicle and driver match the app before getting in, and follow local safety rules (including helmets on motorbikes). Contact local emergency services in an emergency.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Tafuros is not liable for the acts of independent drivers or operators, or for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
